Solar Impulse Label

To receive the “Solar Impulse Efficient Solution” Label, the Jellyfishbot was thoroughly assessed by a pool of independent experts according to three criteria covering the main topics of Feasibility, Environmental Impact and Profitability.

IADYS has submitted the Jellyfishbot twice, and the solution has been awarded the Label in both 2020 and 2023, recognizing its continuous evolution and lasting contribution to sustainable innovation.

All labelled solutions are part of the Solar Impulse Foundation Efficient Solutions portfolio that is presented to decision-makers in business and government by Bertrand Piccard, Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation.

The aim of this initiative is to encourage the adoption of more ambitious environmental targets and fast-track the implementation of these solutions on a large scale.

IADYS is measuring its Impact Score for the second time—a benchmark developed by the Mouvement Impact France to help companies assess their ecological and social impact. Our startup earns an encouraging score of 63/100, reflecting the effectiveness and positive impact of the actions our team has taken in recent years.

The Impact Score assesses the organization’s level of commitment based on the three core pillars of a company with impact, as defined by the Mouvement Impact France: a positive impact strategy, limiting negative impacts, and the sharing of power and value. For each of these pillars, IADYS has provided concrete evidence of the evolution of its approach.
